TEAR SHEET AVAILABILITY
Friends of Western Philatelic Library make available a tear sheet service
through which articles on single subjects are extracted from the various
philatelic publications for sale at a modest fees to patrons of the library.
The nominal fees involved cover postage and photocopying costs and also
contribute to the library operational expenses and library acquisitions.
We are deeply indebted to Leonard Hartmann for his posting of the lists of
available tear sheets on his website.
