The Friends of the Western Philatelic Library is recognized as a "501
(c) (3)" organization by the U. S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS). All
donations are welcome and may be made to The Friends of the Western
Philatelic Library in the form of philatelic literature, cash, property,
etc. Any donations may be tax deductible to USA residents under prevailing
IRS code specifications. Please contact Mr. Roger Skinner at (408) 733-0336
to discuss with him the type of donation and amount. A member of the WPL
staff will then contact you with specific instructions and details on how
the donation should be made. WPL will acknowledge all donations in The
Bay Phil, unless otherwise requested, and provide a form detailing
the donation with an acknowledgment for you to use when you file your taxes
with IRS.
